Why is shipping so pricey?
Because these books are coming to you all the way from the Land of Oz, and there’s a lot of air between the Downunder and the rest of the world.
Why not just drop ship them then? Because if I do that, I can’t sign them, wrap them in pretty paper, or stuff them full of bonus goodies.
So for most of you, I’m sending everything myself to make your book a little more special.
⚠️ What about EU backers? For once – you folks are golden. Your books will be printed and shipped locally to dodge those dreadful VAT goblins. It means no surprise fees, but also no signature or swag (sorry!).

Adding books from my other series to your pledge
Once the campaign ends and you receive the post-campaign surveys, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase books and goodies from my other series.
You can pay for additional books during the survey, OR you to add credit to your current pledge that you can then use post-campaign. Refer to the price guide below, all prices are in AUD and do not include shipping.

FOR NON-SPECIAL EDITON ADD-ONS To keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible, if you select a pledge level that includes a physical book bundle—such as The Whole Freakin (Paper) Shebang—or add a physical book in the Pre-order Store during the post campaign survey, these books will be drop-shipped, incurring additional shipping.

Can I upgrade the Whole (Paper) Shebang to include the Gamer Special Edition paperback and/or the Short Bits Collected Edition 1 hardcover?
Sure! Once the campaign has ended and you receive your backer survey, you’ll have the option to upgrade your pledge to get one or both of the special editions via the checkout.
⚠️ EU backers: These add-ons are shipped from Australia and are unavailable in your region due to import restrictions.

Refund & Replacement Policy
You can request a refund any time before your order is locked for changes in BackerKit. Once surveys are completed and the print run is in motion, all sales are final – your books will be on their way to the printer (and into the rebellion!).
If your order arrives damaged in transit, I’ll replace the affected items. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt and include detailed photos of both the damage and the packaging so I can file a claim and get a replacement sent your way.

How do I download my ebook?
You’ll receive an email from BackerKit when your ebook/s are ready to download, once you receive the email, you’ll be able to login to your survey dashboard and download the files.
Ebooks will be delivered via a service called Bookfunnel.
You will be able read the ebooks on any ereader (Amazon, Kobo, Nook), your tablet, phone, computer, and/or in the free Bookfunnel app. If you have trouble loading your ebook onto your device, you can reach out to Bookfunnel’s awesome help team.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
